ΚΡΙΤΙΚΕΣ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΠΤΩΝ

I visited Ios palace Hotel towards the end of August for 5 nights, 6days. First of all…the term location, location, location takes its full meaning in this hotel. Situated on a cliff and overlooking Mylopotas beach, it combines great vistas with the occasional summer island breeze. Not to mention exceptional photo opportunities for those who want to make their IG or FB followers/friends jealous!

My daily routine was Mylopotas beach, then Tomatini restaurant for a pick me up healthy meal and in the evening i'd start my night at the bar by the pool waiting for my friends to get ready. Tomatini is within the hotel grounds and offers a Greek inspired BBQ menu as well as other various dishes inspired by local cuisine.

Overall, staff was great; food was yummy with ideal and consistent portions and with a menu offering tons of healthy options. Great fruit smoothies too!

Accommodations are also excellent, with rooms, bathrooms, spa, miscellaneous common grounds, pool and overall cleanliness being exceptional. If you are the adventurous type they can also make great recommendations on where to book water sports and such. A fantastic stay all in all with even better pictures and memories!

A wonderful hotel located practically on the beach itself, with two stunning swimming pools and a poolside bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the beach is wonderful. Lots of good bars and restaurants around and the hotel is next to the bus stop if you want to head into town or to get to and from the port easily. We only stayed a couple of nights but could easily have stayed for weeks.

The hotel was referred to us by a family member for our summer 2016 vacation in Greece, and our stay there was well-beyond our expectations. The hotel location at one end of the beaches crescent-shaped strip, its many-level structure, its rooms with beautiful sea and hill views and good amenities, its cheerful well-educated and extremely helpful staff, the 2 pools, the pool bar, the excellent Tomatini restaurant with its savory sandwiches salads and grill, and last but not least, the SPA with excellent body massages and facial treatments....all this and much more made our vacation a memorable one in a small piece of paradise.
